Rococo Disco Introduces Their Nostalgic Single “Tan Lines”

Upcoming duo Rococo Disco is a Texas indie pop act pumping out the groovy tunes they would like to hear. The core members include Paul Chu (vocals) and David Soto (guitar/bass). The two grew up in Austin Texas and met while attending Texas A&M University. They started playing shows around Bryan / College Station and have continued growing their popularity since. The group dropped their first EP in 2019 called Jaded. The EP includes local hits such as Honey Do, a harmony-filled tune with an infectious chorus, and Lial, a gritty expression about feeling jealous that has an amazingly funky bass line. Other popular singles include Lemon Drop, a moody tune with dense layers, and Cowboy Dreams, a fun cosmic cowboy frontier jam. Their influences include D’angelo, Still woozy, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Tame Impala, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Hiatus Kaiyote, and Marvin Gaye.
