Introducing two talented acts known as Pull n Way and York they have come together to present an astounding single called “Spellbound”. Pull n Way is a Swiss Electro Pop project, represented by the singer and songwriter Mylène. Although being only 22 years old, she has so far released more than 27 singles and the highly acclaimed debut album “PULL N WAY – COLOURS (including all remixes)”. Her musical style ranges from indie and commercial pop to many different Electronic Music genres. Some achievements include: winning a songwriter prize for her single “Inside out”, having surpassed more than 1 million streams with her collabs “Let Me Fly” & “One Last Time”, breaking the Swiss airplay charts with “Anything”, having worked with many writers and producers around the globe (Australia, Sweden, UK, Mexico, USA, Italy or Germany to mention a few) and many different labels, having various songs on air on many stations including NRJ or national radio SRF3, more than 4 official video clips on YouTube and has launched her own publishing edition adm by Sony Music Publishing Germany. As well as York Specializing in Electronica, Chillout, and Trance with an organic twist, German duo York is a collaboration between two brothers, Torsten Stenzel and Jörg Stenzel. Founded in 1997 the project is considered a pioneer within guitar-driven electronic music. While Torsten handles production Jörg delivers most of the guitar parts, often cited as one of the main factors behind the duo’s considerable success. York’s first release The Awakening became a massive chart success when released in 98. In 99, the brothers Stenzel released On The Beach, a cover of the old Chris Rea tune. With the release of their newest single “Spellbound”, they present a nostalgic sound that will certainly intrigue your ears. Starting with sparkling instrumentation leading onto her sweet and luscious vocals they complete the single entirely. Explaining the song a bit further it’s about leaving certain situations where you don’t feel comfortable anymore, and flourishing into the person you want to be, not caring what anyone thinks anymore, trying to find yourself. To the vocals and production, this single will definitely have you in a vibey and calm mood while listening. It would be just perfect for a late-night drive or alone within your thoughts. Go stream “Spellbound” and check out their discography which is filled with outstanding tracks.
