Breadcouch and Colton Cherry Make Waves with “Balloons”

Today we’re going to take a look at two up-and-coming musical artists, Breadcouch and Colton Cherry, both of whom have unique styles and sounds that are worth paying attention to. Born in Hawaii and raised in Texas, Breadcouch’s musical style is a melting pot of different influences, including Childish Gambino, Portugal. The Man, Mac Miller, and Portishead. Despite being relatively new to the music scene, Breadcouch has already garnered a strong following of fans who love his music and message. One of the things that sets Breadcouch apart from other artists is his ability to inspire people of all ages with his music. Whether you’re young or old, his catchy beats and uplifting lyrics will make you want to dance and smile. While some of his fans might describe his sound as “kinda wack,” there’s no denying that Breadcouch has a unique style that is all his own. Colton Cherry, on the other hand, was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama. He is an artist who is mixing elements of Pop, Hip-Hop, and Alternative RnB to create a unique sound that is all his own. A majority of his music is self-produced, written, performed, and mixed in his bedroom. Breadcouch’s newest single, “Balloons,” is a prime example of his unique sound. Initially, he submitted a song titled “Red Balloons” to streaming services, but it was denied due to sample issues. Undeterred, he created two new tracks, “Red” and “Balloons.” The latter is a catchy bedroom pop/hip hop track that brings a happier-sounding instrumental to a darker subject of wanting to leave this world. Despite the heavy subject matter, the track is a bop that will make you want to dance and sing along. The hook was inspired by Doja Cat, and the uncharacteristic raw singing in the second verse adds a layer of authenticity to the track. Breadcouch and Colton Cherry are two musical artists who are making waves in the industry with their unique sounds and styles. Both artists have a lot to offer, and their newest single “Balloons” is proof that they are not afraid to take risks and push the boundaries of what is expected in their respective genres. Keep an eye out for these two rising stars in the music world!
