Upcoming artist ANGEL! Hailing from Seattle, WA, he began rapping in local studios at age 9. After writing and recording in and around the city for years, he released his first mixtape at 16 to local acclaim, building a buzz and capitalizing on this by opening up for touring artists throughout high school and signing a deal with the indie label Black Umbrella. After getting kicked out of his home upon finishing high school, being disowned by half of his family, and Couchsurfing for a year, he realized that rap wasn’t his thing and he had something different to give. He began teaching himself the guitar, piano, bass, and drums by ear and started to sing. After signing a modeling contract and getting an apartment, he spent 2 years holed up in a blacked-out studio with no windows, producing other artists and developing his signature sound, “DIRTY POP”. He left this studio for L.A. with 5 songs that would become his debut EP, A GOOD DAY FOR DYING. With the release of his debut single “CONVERSATIONS ALONE!” he projects a stunning sound that will certainly intrigue your ears. Beginning with vibrant instrumentation leading onto his sweet and luscious vocals he completes the track entirely.
