Upcoming artist Jaclyn Bradley is an indie singer-songwriter, best known for her work on The Voice of Holland, Ireland’s Got Talent, and Vh1’s Breaking Bonaduce. She is also known for her published music therapy research and vocal instruction at Rock Town Music Academy, which she founded. An international performer, Jaclyn’s first language is music. A native of Lorain, Ohio, she has an opera degree from Indiana University. After graduation, she moved to New York City only 10 days before the 9-11 attacks. With the world in uncertainty (and her roommate an employee in one of the towers), Bradley picked up her guitar in the aftermath and started to write. After recording an album with her New York-based band, Jaclyn moved West to Los Angeles to become a solo recording artist. She recorded two albums and toured the LA music scene as a singer/songwriter and as a backup singer to Ty Stone (Kid Rock, Atlantic Records), Michael Satrazemis (The Walking Dead), Gretchen Bonaduce (Vh1), and sang alongside Terri Nunn (Berlin). Not long after landing in California, Jaclyn was hired as a personal assistant to notorious “bad boy” celebrity, Danny Bonaduce. She filmed two seasons of the hit Vh1 series, Breaking Bonaduce, with him and his family, and her original songs were licensed and performed live on the show. Since then, Jaclyn and her music have been featured on MTV, Bravo, TLC, HGTV, and in film. With the release of her newest single “Love Killer”, she projects a dreamy sound that will surely intrigue your ears. Beginning with soothing instrumentation leading onto her soft and sultry vocals she captures the track entirely. Explaining the song a bit further it’s about experiencing the non-linear healing that accompanies the end of a relationship, and the self-love and discovery that follows. To the vocals and production, this single presents a very sensitive topic that I’m sure most can relate to, following a heartbreak things can feel like your life’s over and not feel wanted. This track takes you on a journey of self-growth and recovering your confidence while listening I’m positive that many can take comfort from this song. It would be just perfect for a late-night drive or along within your thoughts. Go stream “Love Killer” and check out her discography which is filled with outstanding music.
